OPPORTUNITY AXIS · PROSPECTIVE PILOT AGREEMENT
30-day appointment-setting pilot
These terms apply to a new pilot only when accepted by the client. Existing agreements remain unchanged. Version: axis-30-day-2026-10-09.
Approval and start
Intake must be completed first. The client then approves the service scope and the mutually agreed written appointment qualification criteria. The 30-calendar-day period begins upon activation after those prerequisites; submitting intake alone does not start it. Opportunity Axis records the approval reference, activation date and deadline and confirms them with the client. Dates are tracked in UTC; the deadline is exclusive, exactly 30 calendar days after activation.
Appointments and fees
Opportunity Axis attempts to deliver up to three qualified appointments during the pilot. Three appointments are not guaranteed. There is $0 upfront and no charge for research or scheduling alone.
- First delivered qualified appointment: $49.
- Second: $50.
- Third: $50.
- Maximum pilot total: $149, including any agreed extension.
Only delivered appointments meeting all mutually agreed written qualification criteria are billable. Attendance and qualification must be verified. No-shows, unqualified contacts and undelivered appointments are not billable. Research leads do not constitute confirmed buyers. Conflicting existing customers, active opportunities and excluded accounts must be screened before scheduling.
Deadline and decision
At the end of 30 days, the client may extend the pilot by mutual written agreement, with an agreed new deadline, or close it without charges for undelivered appointments. Extension does not reset the three-appointment or $149 maximum. Only eligible delivered appointment fees remain due at closure.
Corrections and refunds
If an appointment is verified as a no-show, unqualified or undelivered, its fee is removed from billable totals. Verified billing corrections or approved refunds are initiated within five business days after verification. This provision does not make a nonbillable appointment chargeable or require paying for undelivered appointments.
Written scope and qualification record
The client-specific written approval identifies the company and authorized contact, services and geographic coverage, target accounts and minimum requirements, buyer authority and service-interest requirements, any timing or budget requirements, conflict exclusions, meeting format and availability, and any other agreed qualification conditions. Opportunity Axis retains the exact approved scope, criteria and approval reference with the pilot record.
Explicit acceptance at intake is recorded with the client name, timestamp and policy version. Written approval of the final scope and criteria is recorded separately after intake review, before activation. Neither acceptance nor activation releases the current outbound HOLD.
